LONDON

Our trip in London will be an unforgettable experience. Thanks to our work we had the chance to visit one of the top cocktail cities. We were attended in a tour in Beefeater Distillery and learned a lot about the production of this product. My favorite part was that we visited a lot of bars like The Artesian, Savoy, Connaught Bar, Bar Termini & a couple of hidden bars which did amazing work and they are not known around the world.

 

Of course we also had to work but this is no problem when you do your hobby for a living. In our second day in the city, after we walked above river Thames, we went to Shoreditch Platform for our Guest Shift with Moketo Espresso Liqueur & Rathlee Gold Rum. We had created a special Christmas cocktail menu for that night and we really enjoyed seeing people like our drinks. Our last stop was in the Black Parrot Rum Bar where we had a masterclass about Cachaça with Cachaça Bartolomeu & Magnifica De Faria. Miss Nicole Maraza talked about the production & the terroir of the spirit, Mr. Hugo Tolomei was responsible for the tasting part & I talked about the Brazilian cocktail tradition & the use of cachaça in modern barstronomy!
